The CliftonStrengths for Leaders program is more than an assessment – it’s a pathway to understanding how your natural talents can be channeled into meaningful service and effective leadership. Whether you’re leading a service project, mentoring fellow brothers or taking on chapter responsibilities, this program helps you lead authentically and with purpose.

STEP ONE | PURCHASE ACCESS CODE(S)
Students and alumni alive can purchase one or more codes to access Gallup’s CliftonsStrengths for Leaders assessment and reporting tools. Access codes will be delivered electronically via email.
STEP TWO | TAKE THE ASSESSMENT
Redeem your code with Gallup and take the CliftonStrengths assessment! Have you already taken the assessment? No worries! Redeem your code using the same email address as your existing Gallup account and your existing assessment will be used for your Leaders Report.
STEP THREE | REVIEW THE REPORT
