The office you now hold as a member of the Board of directors of Alpha Phi Omega involves both great responsibility and great opportunity. Board minutes become part of the official record once they are approved by the entire board.  Approval occurs at the meeting following; until this time they are considered drafts.
Below are approved meeting minutes.

The next board meeting will take place in Easton, PA at Lafayette college. This meeting is being held the weekend of 1/26/2018 – 1/28/2016 in conjunction with the historical re-charting of the Alpha Chapter at Lafayette College. A hotel room block has been set up at the Holiday Inn Express. Please call 610-923-9495 to make a reservation under the group block “Board of Directors Meeting.” Reservations must be made by 12/26/2017 to receive the group rate of $91 ++. Board members are responsible for all expenses involved in the board meetings.


The meeting will begin Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. and will go until approximately 10:00 p.m. and then will reconvene on Saturday morning on campus until about lunch time. The afternoon will mostly consist of re-chartering activities with a banquet dinner that night. Finally Sunday will be reserved for a travel day with no meeting.
