Officer transition is vital; it allows outgoing officers to share the information incoming officers need to be successful. An ineffective officer transition is one of the biggest impediments to success in an organization. In this workshop, we’ll discuss what a formal officer transition program can look like, the necessary components of that transition, and the roles members, advisors, and staff can play in the program.
