Alpha Phi Omega – Chapter Consultant Position

Alpha Phi Omega is hiring!  


The National Fraternity is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate to fill the role of Chapter Consultant. The Chapter Consultant position is a full-time two year commitment, complete with a competitive salary, health benefits, paid vacation, furnished housing and extensive travel opportunities.  


Consultants facilitate on-campus trainings and workshops, including tailored recruitment and retention strategies, leadership transitions, service programs, and organizational practices. This staff position offers direct exposure to college students, campus administrators, chapter advisors and sponsors as well as the National Fraternity’s vast alumni network.  


Chapter Consultants will be based out of the National Office in Kansas City, Missouri. The Consultant team travels throughout the academic year to work with chapters and extension groups across the country. Completion of a college degree and possession of a valid driver’s license and vehicle with adequate liability and collision coverage is essential for this position. 


This position is open to all educational backgrounds. Candidates should have leadership experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, sales or recruitment familiarity, an ability to work in a team to solve problems in a positive and innovative way, and be able to manage projects in an independent work environment. 


The experience developed through the Chapter Consultant position will lend itself well to those who may want to pursue a career in association or nonprofit management, communications, sales, business, teaching or leadership.
