Submit a New Event to the APO Calendar

Please use this form to inform the National Office about a future Alpha Phi Omega related events that you would like to advertise to the APO community. In addition to informing the National Office, copies of this submission will also be delivered to Regional and Sectional leadership, for posting and distribution on the local level. You may also use this form to tell us about a change in an event you've already announced, or the cancellation of an event.


Please Note: If you are reporting the completion of a National Service Week or Spring Youth Service Day project, you must use this form to comply with reporting requirements.


Please check the Calendar of Events before submitting your event to prevent yourself from submitting an event for something that is already there.

If you're updating an event listing, please put the old date of the event in the 'additional information' box, to make it easier for us to update the old event.
