Instructions
To request an APO LEADS course to be presented to your chapter, or at an event that your chapter is hosting, please complete the form below, specifying which course you would like to see. Only one course may be requested with each submission of this form, so if you are holding a conference and would like to request more than one course, simply complete and submit the form separately for each course.
The students involved with planning the event should be the ones to submit the request.
All requests submitted via this form are sent to the National Office as well as forwarded to the appropriate course coordinator. We will do our best to try to fill every request, however, this is dependent on the availability of our volunteer staff members.
The person listed as the Contact should have the authority and knowledge to make decisions about room arrangements, scheduling, and can speak for the Conference Committee/Chapter when contacted by APO LEADS Coordinators.
If you have any questions regarding the status of your request, please contact the appropriate course coordinator:
You may also contact the National Office (by phone at 816-373-8667, or email). If you have trouble filling out this request form, contact the webmaster.
Special Note to Those Interested in SERVE: Due to the weekend-long nature of the SERVE course, it requires a bit more logistical preparation, as well as more trained volunteer presenter support. We are therefore unable to honor individual requests to present SERVE in the same fashion as the other courses. Instead, we plan to offer it in a rotating fashion at various cities around the country, similar to the Chapter Program Workshop (CPW). Please see the course calendar for a listing of all available SERVE events coming up. If your chapter (or section/region) is interested in hosting a SERVE, please contact the SERVE Coordinator to express your interests. Thank you!
To Our Fillipino Brothers & Sisters: Currently, there are no trained APO LEADS Presenters in the Phillippines, making it impossible for the courses to be presented. The APO-USA National Leadership Development Committee is working with the APO-USA International Relations Director and the APO-PHIL National Organization to develop leadership development courses based on the Servant Leadership concept, yet geared more towards the cultures and characteristics of APO chapters in the Phillippines. Watch this site and the APO Phillippines website for information about when these new courses will be available!
As always, our Brothers and Sisters in the Phillippines are still welcome to attend and participate in APO LEADS courses at locations within the United States!
