Since this is peak season in Boston, there are a limited number of sleeping rooms for our meeting. Therefore we are going to be using a rooming list for this meeting. By filling out this information the National Office Staff will make your room reservation. You will pay the Hotel directly for your sleeping room at check out. Please confirm your rooming arrangements and get it to the National Office as soon as possible. You may either provide that at the time of registration on our online form or you may email it to: executive.director@apo.org no later than June 5th.
All rooms are non-smoking!
Please provide us with your roommate name during registration (if one exists). In an effort to alleviate any confusion with our rooming list - this needs to be pre-arranged/authorized with the other party before registering. Please enter your choice in the text box at the bottom of the registration form.
A Taxi or other Public Transportation will be needed if you are flying into Boston as there is no Hotel Shuttle. The hotel is located 3.5 miles from Airport.
Valet parking; fee: $41/ night
