National Fees

Pledge Fee - $25 ($32.00 w/Insurance Fee)

Paid for each new Pledge, due at the National Office within 10 business days of the Pledge Ritual, the ceremony held at the beginning of the Pledge period.
 

Activation Fee - $35 

Paid for each new Brother, due at the National Office within 10 business days of the Initiation Ceremony, the ceremony held at the end of the Pledge period (or with the Chartering Ceremony for Petitioning Group).

Annual Active Membership Dues - $25($32.00 w/Insurance Fee)

Paid for each Active Brother in the chapter, due at the National Office by November 15 of each year. Do not pay for Pledges,  Suspended Brothers, Honoraries, Advisors or Alumni. There is no corresponding fee paid during the Spring.

Insurance Fee - $7
            Paid for each Brother at the same time Pledge and Active Annual Membership Dues are submitted.

Petitioning Member Fee - $25

Paid for each new Petitioning Member, due at the National Office within 10 business days of the Petitioning Ceremony, held when the Interest Group becomes a Petitioning Group, and when additional Petitioning Members join the group.

 

Transfer Member Fee - $0

Once you're a Brother, it doesn't cost anything to transfer your membership to another chapter (though the chapter must approve a transfer member before that person can become an Active member).
 

Honorary Registration Fee - $25

Recognizes someone as an Honorary Member of the Chapter.
 

Advisor Registration Fee - $0

No charge to register someone as an Advisory Member of the Chapter. All Advisors must be registered before their signatures on the Charter Reaffirmation forms will be accepted.
 

Alumni Association Registration Fee - $25

Due at the National Office by January 15 of each year to remain in Good Standing. This is a fee paid by the Association, and is not a fee paid by each member of the Association.
 

1925 Club

This is not a fee but a recognition of a tax deductible contribution of at least $19.25 by Active Brothers to Alpha Phi Omega Annual Fund. The Annual Report of the Torch & Trefoil recognizes those generous Brothers who gave during the previous year.
 

Life Membership

This is not a fee but a recognition of a tax deductible contribution to the Alpha Phi Omega Endowment Trust.

Actives and Alumni within 1 year of graduation - $50

This can be purchased in a single payment (preferred) or in an installment plan.

Alumni who graduated more than a year ago - $100

This can be purchased in a single payment (preferred) or in an installment plan.

 

Torchbearers (Annual Fund)

This is not a fee but a recognition of a tax deductible contribution to Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity. The Annual Report of the Torch & Trefoil recognizes those generous Brothers who gave during the previous year.
